Forms are among the internet’s most versatile tools. Whether you need a contact form or a checkout page, a survey or a student directory, a form is all you need to easily gather that information. With Google Forms, it only takes a few minutes to make one for free.
You can create and use 3 forms if you own a Regular account. All we require in exchange is for you to keep the Powered by CaptainForm link at the bottom of your form. Apprentice, Master and Hero users can create an unlimited number of forms. For further information on what each service plan has to offer, check out our features list.
In the section My Forms, you can view all the forms stored in your account and open their menus to get to the other sections: Edit, View, Settings, Publish, Submissions, Reports.
