From launching new features to attending 2 WordCamps and everything in between, CaptainForm had some interesting things happen last month. Let’s see what went down in June!
Centralized Form Management for Digital Agencies
Presently, 30.23% of CaptainForm’s paying users are freelancers or digital agencies. Based on their needs, we’ve implemented new functionality for a more streamlined process and improved efficiency.
Basically, anyone who builds websites for clients will now be able to manage all of the forms they build from their own WordPress dashboard, without having to log in to each client’s WordPress installation to edit their forms. Furthermore, administrators will be able to duplicate complex forms in case they want to use them for a different client, without having to create them from square one.
Find out how to manage your WordPress forms within all WordPress installations.
CaptainForm now integrates with Desk.com
We’ve partnered up with Desk.com to empower users to receive tickets instantly through form entries. You’ll save precious time since the integration is really easy to set up and helps you speed up the process of managing your support tickets. To enable the integration, simply follow these steps.
Attending WordCamp Antwerp 2016 and WordCamp Europe 2016
We had a great start to the month of June, sponsoring but also attending WordCamp Antwerp and we finished with a bang. We already talked about our amazing experience at WordCamp Europe 2016 in a recent blog post. Great memories were made and if you didn’t have a chance to make it, be sure to catch us on 3-4 September at WordCamp Split, Croatia! Counting down the days!
