Some want to have a referrer of the submission in their email, but some don’t. We get it. That’s why you can remove the referrer from the email template whenever you feel like it and enable it again if needed. In the Settings → Notifications section of your form, go to Form Owner Options → Email Footer and tick the option Add the referrer, if available, at the end of your message.
This will add a referrer link on the bottom side of the page in your email notification. If available, you can see where the online form was submitted by the form user.
