Are you summer ready? Cause this summer has no shortage of wonderful, long-awaited WordCamps. Quite a few are coming up in June, including the fifth edition of WordCamp Europe and we want to fill you in on the events details. Let’s get started, shall we?
June 2-4: WordCamp Lublin, #wclublin
The eight edition of WordCamp Poland, a two-day conference, will take place in Lublin at the Conference Center of the Hotel Victoria. The novelty of this year’s WordCamp: workshops. Contributor day will be held on Friday and you’ll probably be happy to hear that it will end with a welcoming Before party. There will be 36 speakers and more than 350 participants are expected.
June 2-4: WordCamp Asheville, #wcavl
WordCamp Asheville will start on Friday, June 2nd, with PreCamp : a day dedicated to WordPress beginners that need support in setting up their WordPress website. So if you’re a beginner, you don’t want to miss this! Presentations will follow on Saturday and Sunday and here you’ll find all the speakers. Keynote speaker: Jodi Rhoden.
June 10-11: WordCamp Orange County, #WCOC17
Taking place at The Cove at UCI Applied Innovation, the two-day event promises to be a memorable one. This year’s WordCamp Orange County will bring forward a great lineup of speakers, an expert business panel, a pre-event golf tournament, a karaoke after-party and last but not the least, their annual Plugin-A-Palooza. Sounds like a lot of fun! Check out the schedule.
June 15-17: WordCamp Europe PARIS, #WCEU
This June, Paris will host the biggest WordCamp in Europe. We wouldn’t miss it for the world, so yes, we’ll be there and we hope you’ll be there too! We’re sponsoring, five members of our team will be attending and our Product Owner is a speaker at the event. Come join us for two days of truly amazing talks, a Contributor day and a WordPress Community Summit at its first edition!
June 24-25: WordCamp Kent, #wckent
Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center will be the venue for WordCamp Kent. Among the speakers confirmed for this two-day conference, you’ll find Ed Finkler, Stoney deGeyter and Lee Drozak. The Sunday Community Keynote will be provided by Ed Finkler.
June 24-25: WordCamp Kyoto, #wckyoto2017
The location for this year’s WordCamp Kyoto will be the International Science Innovation Building. Saturday is Session day and Contributor day is planned for Sunday. This is the schedule to date.
June 24-25: WordCamp Nagpur, #wcnagpur
The two-day event will be held at Chitnavis Centre. Find out why they chose this particular venue. The first speakers announced for the event: Sonal Sinha and Paras Wadher.
