November 2017 marks the 2nd anniversary of our FormBuilder plugin, a child we grew up and we are most proud of today, the CaptainForm Plugin.
We are happy and grateful to have served as a form building solution to thousand of companies, freelancers, entrepreneurs and WordPress enthusiasts.
A quick recap of our activity:
We started out in November 2015 and quickly reached 961 free users and sold our first 17 subscriptions.
In 2016, as the positive reviews increased, the interest in our service grew, so we reached our user percentages like this: 180% increase in free users, 350% increase in Master+Apprentice Plan users and 200% increase in Hero users.
By November 2017, our new free users number increased with +100, Apprentice + Master Plan users to +110% and Hero users to +70%.
We were sponsoring major WordCamp events (WC Belfast, WC Miami, WCEU Paris), where also, our product owner Alexandra Draghici was one of the speakers.
We are proud to announce that for our 2nd year of anniversary, we’ve extended our Live Chat to 24 hours per day during the week and 8 hours per day during weekends, so that users can have all their specific questions answered to by our support team and business department.

Every year we try to mark our anniversary with some actions. For the first anniversary we were searching for our “HERO”
and came out this full of fun video made by our team.
This year we decided to share our “HERO” subscription and we started a giveaway contest. The contest was running for two weeks via our social media channels. We have got 4 lucky winners, which will have a chance to enjoy our product.
