If you are a WordPress enthusiast, then you certainly want to be up-to-date with the journey of the much- awaited WordPress 4.5. We are getting closer to the appointed date for the official release. In accordance with the project schedule, the last planned Beta has been released a few days ago. There are several changes and fixes included in Beta 4, such as:
→ Developments to better support HHVM with Imagick
→ Improvements for the Inline Link feature
→ Support <hr> editor shortcut with 3 or more dashes (—); no spaces. For the purpose of allocating more time to study the best shortcuts for users, text patterns for bold and italic have been removed and won’t go further for WordPress 4.5.
→ Fixes for SSL with Responsive Images
→ Permission for rewrite rules to work in nested WordPress installations on IIS
Last but not least, this cool update:
→ oEmbed support for Twitter moments and timelines
